Endless Mountains TEMS is a specialized team created by Western Alliance Emergency Services working closely with the Bradford County Emergency Management Agency for the purpose of supporting local, state and federal agencies in the tactical arena.
Endless Mountains Tactical Emergency Medical Services provides rapid on-site medical care in a tactical environment and hostile conditions to injured police officers and civilians treating them until they can be transported to definitive medical care or until the operation is complete.

Providing out-of-hospital care in the environment of a tactical law enforcement mission requires special judgment and skills not taught in standard curricula and medical equipment is limited to that carried by the medic .Recognizing the dangerous conditions and the conduciveness for injury during a tactical operation both agencies worked aggressively to appropriately train the team in:

1. Triaging and treating life-threatening injuries
2. Providing treatment under hostile conditions
3. Conducting remote assessments and direct treatment
4. Effective rapid rescues to hard cover or safety
5. Using improvised medical and rescue equipment

Endless Mountains TEMS is comprised of trained Paramedics who hold a TACTICAL MEDIC certificate or a Counter Narcotics and Terrorism Operational Medical Support (CONTOMS ) certificate, along with Basic Firearms training, Incident Command System training, Advanced Cardiac Life Support training, Pediatric Advanced Life Support training, International Trauma Life Support training, Bomb Awareness Training, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Operations Level training, and several other programs.
