Western Alliance Emergency Services, Inc. provides advanced and basic life support along with many other types of emergency medical services to 16 municipalities including Canton Borough, Canton Township, Fox Township, Ward Township, Union Township, LeRoy Township, Alba Borough, Troy Township, Troy Borough, Granville Township, Armenia Township, Sylvania Borough, West Burlington Township, Columbia Township, Springfield Township, and McNett Township.

Western Alliance covers portions of four Northeastern Pennsylvania counties including Bradford, Tioga, Lycoming, and Sullivan counties, with a coverage area of over 350 square miles.
