Western Alliance Emergency Services Subscription Program

Thank you for supporting Western Alliance Emergency Services. We continue to strive to provide the best care available to our communities, and those visiting, by the kind generosity of people just like you who have made a decision to participate with our subscription program. It is with your gracious help that we have been able to continue to educate and provide the services needed for our communities.

Subscription Plan Coverage

We mail our subscription plan out in May of each year. Our subscription plan covers you from June 1st to May 31st of the respective year that you submit your plan fee.

Our subscription plan entitles you to unlimited one-way emergent transportation. We do reserve the right to third party bill, but as a subscriber you will not be directly billed for any emergency transportation fees.

Unfortunately our subscription plan only applies to emergency transportation. Our subscription plan does not apply to non-emergency transportation including wheelchair and stretcher van transportation.

Subscription Rates

Subscriptions for Western Alliance may be purchased online via Paypal (Click for Paypal Cautions).

Please keep your Paypal reciept for your records and as a temporary subscription card. Your offical subscription card will be mailed to you.

Senior Citizen Family - $30.00
Individual Senior Citizen - $20.00
Family - $40.00
Individual - $30.00
Helpful Hints:
  1. Senior Citizen refers to anyone over the age of 62.

  2. Family refers to a husband and/or wife with any tax dependent children.

  3. Subscription plan starts June 1st of each year. Be sure to send your payment in on or before May 31st each year.

  4. If you forget to send your payment in by May 31st, you can still submit your payment into our business office. Your subscription plan will cover from the date of payment receipt until May 31st of the following year.

  5. If you do not receive a subscription plan form in the mail you can contact our business office by phone 570-297-1235, email or pay online (see above).

  6. If you receive a subscription plan form in the mail that has your address on it but a name other than yours (i.e. old tenant etc.) please complete the subscription plan form and submit it back to us with payment or pay online (see above). We will correct the name change in our data base.

  7. In the event that you are billed directly for an emergency transport, and you are a current subscriber, please contact our business office.
