Endless Mountains TEMS is a specialized team created by Western Alliance Emergency Services for the purpose of supporting local, state and federal agencies in the tactical arena.

Western Alliance identified a need, and in working closely with the Bradford County Emergency Management Agency, was able to initiate the formation of a now fully operational tactical team.

Recognizing the dangerous conditions, and the conduciveness for injury during a tactical operation both agencies worked aggressively to appropriately train this specialized team. The team designed to support law enforcement agents during the tactical mission is not designed to replace local EMS agencies involved in any particular jurisdiction, simply to treat law enforcement tactical teams injured or taken ill while engaged in mission activity.

Endless Mountains TEMS is comprised of trained Paramedics specifically in the tactical environment, along with basic firearms training, incident command system training, Advanced Cardiac Life Support training, Pediatric Advanced Life Support training, Basic Trauma Life Support training, Bomb Awareness training, WMD Operations Level training, and several other programs.
