Western Alliance is a licensed 501C3 non-profit Basic and Advanced Life Support provider.

We provide emergency coverage in parts of Bradford, Tioga, Lycoming and Sullivan counties. We are also a PUC licensed non-emergency transport provider, offering wheelchair and stretcher transport to those individuals requiring assistance and transportation to requested facilities or functions.

Western Alliance has multiple stations with locations in Troy, Canton and Shunk. We provide advanced and basic treatment and transportation to approximately 350 square miles of residents. We provide non-emergency transportation throughout Northern Pennsylvania and Southern New York.
